I know this statement will trigger some of you gorls but if you're living a low-risk sexual lifestyle and don't have broken plumbing there's no need to get in the stirrups annually or even every 3 years.

As @xenomorph stated, uterine cancer is a thing. When you have cancer and they have to remove your uterus, I don't think the yearly or the once in 3 years check ups seem that much of a trouble. When you get yourself checked, the gynaecologist will be able to spot the possible changes in time to figure out what is causing them and to prevent them as early as possible, but of course it's just ''natural'' to roam around with stuff going on you don't know about and don't care even if it could risk your life, whatever right? Also, it's none of my concern if Amber has had sex (like somewhere in the Middle Ages) but I am pretty sure she has and when you start your sex life, it would be advisable to get yourself checked. Even if you don't have sex with men, you can get infections from dirty fingers or nails, or from wiping your dirty bungholio/vangholio from back to front for example. I think it's just ignorant to assume that just because you are not active at the moment, there's nothing going on that needs checking every once in a while.

It's the third most common cancer amongst women. Age, overweight, nulliparity (not having given birth) and late menopause are some factors. Also, if you have never used any contraception (like Amber) you are more in the risk (naturally) of getting the cancer as hormonal contraception decreases uterine cancer by 60 percent. I am not saying it's likely she will get it (like anyone else, who the fuck knows) but I wouldn't play down the risk of it.

I don't know if you're American but if you didn't now, a huge portion of our majority population are of the age where you start getting cancer.

Its not as uncommon as your 3% states. Uterine cancer is one of the most common cancers and some uterine cancers can kill you quick like ovarian cancer as well as PCOS has a huge risk of Ovarian Cancers. There is nothing wrong with being checked, it's the people putting check ups off that get fucked over. There is nothing wrong with prevention, if more people did it instead of thinking they know more than the doctors do, you would see a lot more people get dx'd faster and increase their chances of survival.

As far as Dusty she had periods so bad she would vomit from the pain. Not like AL gave one red fuck about her.

And I never said there's anything wrong with being checked I said there's nothing wrong with skipping it if you don't have any risk factors like being pregnant or planning it, being post-menopausal, having endometriosis, PCOS, or sexual promiscuity.
