Adding another pic, this is what happens the day after she makes her "soups" with like 500 kinds of starch.
The thing is, at least in my eyes, she's not wrong. I used to hate soup because my mom thought soup was literally just pouring a bunch of canned vegetables together, juice and all, in with a can of tomato juice, and adding water and venison/cooked meat.
If you use stock and real vegetables, soup can actually be really good, especially with homemade stock and homemade sourdough bread as a side. Amber Lynn is more of the type of person to do what my mom did though. She ruins everythign she cooks because she uses only shortcuts and at that point it's like, what shortcut are you taking, you arent even cooking.
Normal soups are great because you really can add just about anything and it's super easy to add shit and modulate your meals if you base them off of soup. Her problem is that she's fucking dumb and thinks adding ramen or something makes it better. The basis of soup is that it's food for poor motherfuckers, it's water flavored with bones and vegetables and maybe meat if youre feeling rich. But you can cook up pretty much anything and add it to soup, wilt some greens, roast some zucchini or squash, cook up broccoli, hell even the broccoli stems, if youre particularly broke, you can boil those motherfuckers until theyre tender, then add them to minestrone or something; your imagination is your limit as far as what tastes good in your soup.
Amberlynn only eats starch and carbs for whatever reason, though, and so her cooking looks dumb and, what gets me angry is that because of shit like that, fat people think that shit like Healthy Choice is the only healthy food, or something, when it's actually not, and not really that healthy for you anyway, just lower in calories.
If there's anybody actually watching AL for her "weight loss journey" then my heart is actually bleeding for them. AL is hurting those people, and being duplicitous and deceitful about her habits and choices just makes it worse, in every regard.
