Just a mini complaint but ...can we stop trying to diagnose these cows with developmental/mental disorders? It strips them of their responsibility. That being said, it doesn't absolve her of responsibility. If she "knows" she has some problem that she's blaming, then she's still responsible for fixing it. It's still all on her.

He was 6'2, and when he died he weighted 757 pounds, for a BMI of 97.2. He was 38.

Are you kidding? That's the first 100 our gorl has ever gotten. Time for a celebration at Cheesecake Factory!

Even if she were to attempt to get weight loss surgery (which is unlikely, to say the least) I don't think there are any doctors who would do it. Dr. Now is an extreme exception to the norm among bariatric surgeons - most have a weight cutoff around 300 lbs or so. They also typically require some kind of fasting and/or demonstrated weight loss prior to the surgery, which we all know is a hard pass from our gorl.

wow I know that Dr. Now has said several times that if you have a small frame--like Amber is 5'2 or 5'3--it's like you are carrying an extra 100 pounds around than someone the same weight but taller. I think this kind of backs up his theory on that. She isn't much younger than this guy so she really needs to start taking this shit seriously.
