She doesn't. She's just 5'2 and over 500 pounds. Her body literally has nowhere else to put the fat but outward. It's why her ass is at the "shelf butt" level of HFC and that annoying TLC woman. Just like someone else said, her arms and legs look like they could be a newborn babies because newborn babies have too much fat for their size. They don't "lose" their baby fat, they just get taller and their body grows and the fat evenly distributes itself amongst the new inches.

You forgot the part where losing weight gives her gallbladder pain so at one point she was purposely gaining weight so she wouldn't be in pain.

With the weight that Amberlynn is at now, she is definitely going to need skin removal surgery if she ever gets down to a healthy weight for her height which is around 100-131 pounds (so it would require her to lose around 350+ pounds assuming she is at "480")

Just from the thumbnail, it looks like her eyes are sinking into her face from the fat. It's honestly really sad to watch, but she's adamant towards not fixing herself, and she's taken advantage of people along the way, so it's really hard to feel any sort of sympathy towards her.
