She could easily have lymphedema. It's something.very common in the morbidly obese-it's a sign that their circulatory system isn't working properly. It can cause infections, such as cellulitis and weeping skin.
More likely, she has lipadema, which isn't the same thing, but it also makes legs look huge and like they are wearing pants with a small foot. Lipadema has to do with fat distribution-Lymphodema is a lymph node circulatory problem in the morbidly obese. (But can happen to regular size people people as a disease, which is probably why some say she doesn't have it. ) Lymphedema is not curable, even if she loses weight.
If both her legs are the same it's probably lipadema. If one looks like that and the other doesn't, it might be lymphedema. Lymphedema can lead to lymphodema too-and then heart problems, etc.
Amber is hugely fat And whichever one she has, it is a sign that she's going downhill.
She may be bigger than us but no, she's not healthier.
And if she did lose enough to get to a normal weight, she would need skin surgery for sure. The sags would lead to infections too. She has ruined her body, she'll never be normal. But it's still better to need weight loss surgery than to be so terribly obese.
