Surgery today or tomorrow, based on best guesses from the few times she got close to mentioning when. Tomorrow seems most likely & I can't see her going to hospital without first uploading something, even if it's just a post about her 'muh anxieteeee' on her community tab.

I'd be really surprised if she uploaded anything in the immediate post-op period. She may be brain fuddled from anesthesia - some are alert almost right away & others take a few days, she WILL be in a lot of pain or blotto from the strong pain meds she will desperately need. She may feel nauseated... & those few things don't account for any complications she may have or during or immediately after surgery.

That being said, she may be one of the lucky people who wakes up fine & her pain meds do the job & leave her blissfully stoned. A livestream under those conditions would be gold.

I don't think so on that last part. Especially at her weight? She probably has more of a chance winning every lottery under the sun. Not to mention this cow is notoriously bad at following any kind of medical advice, she would probably start picking at her stitches or start her recovery binges right away.
