I did calculating on mfp in the middle of logging my calories (it probably thought I was a fatass for a day) I know she wanted to lose 14lbs quickly haha. But 2lbs a week (sorry I'm mobile) 450lbs 400lbs 350lbs

All it would take is shaving off a few extra a day or I don't know walking and she could have it gone being a lazy fuck and still eating take out one meal a day depending on the meal. For 1lb a week the calories jumped up to 3000 something.
If she could control her shit she could even try omad and eat a giant ass meal and have an entire binge everyday. I mean she likes to plan her binges right? Proves the heifer can meal plan. So plan the homemade meal of orange chicken vegetables and a desert. I thought the lovebirds like to cook together.
