I just watched that "big bowl of cereal" video from last year. Holy fuck. The way she piles the cereal onto her spoon is just not normal. She has absolutely no chance of losing weight until she gets a handle on portion control and learning to eat mindfully. Sounds simple but it's going to be incredibly hard for her. She really needs to at least try something like Keto or micro fasting because her eating is so disordered I don't think she can handle losing weight without some sort of strict rules. Granted, she's not going to stick to them probably, but she certainly isn't going to stick to just "watching what she eats" or "being more active".

So, :autism: -- I thought about the adjustment of the scale thing too. I looked up the scale she has. It's a "My Weigh" it's either the 550 weight cap model(My Weight XL-550) or they have one that's 700(My Weigh XL-700). Unless the online manual just doesn't mention it, there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the starting weight - although the deviation is -/+ 1% -- so chances are she's got the leaning thing going on just based on what everyone has already indicated; the weird angle.

And I did learn that if the scale ever overloads it will read FFFF.

So it's confirmed, she only cleans the kitty box 1x a month and probably doesn't scoop out the shit daily (that would require her bending over). So she buys a new box and litter and tosses the other shit filled box in a landfill. Doesn't surprise me - she uses paper plates, and plastic utensils for her meals. Hell, even her friends are disposable. And does anyone find it odd that every time she goes to Walmart, she comes back with a dozen more air fresheners. How bad does her apartment smell?
