She mentioned in a younow she "didn't feel comfortable going" because Mary's family is against gay people. However, she lives in Kentucky. Shouldn't that be pretty much an everyday experience for her?
How would her weight impact her going to a wedding though? Have you ever been to a wedding? They're 90% sitting which, at her weight, is basically all she can do comfortably and as we've seen from her Vlogs, all she ever does. It's more likely she's not going because she and Mary aren't as great of friends as she paints them to be.
Oh I'm not doubting she may have been uninvited. But obese people actually do have trouble sitting for long periods in chairs not specifically made for them. She complained endlessly about her old jobs tiny chairs and how they hurt her back. And god knows she couldn't do the dancing or anything.
She was invited to the wedding via text, but not with a paper invitation. Someone asked on younow if she was still invited and she texted Mary supposedly right then and there and she replied, "Yes of course".
This is honestly more than likely what happened - also I'm betting what @Bitchinista said has something to do with it too. Iirc, the falling out with Sharla happened around Mary's wedding and at the same time Sharla and Mary completely disappeared from her vlogs and mentions. I believe the fallout with Sharla happened, Mary didn't want to get in the middle but didn't want to upset Sharla either, Amber took the hint and didn't go and she and Mary haven't connected since then. Considering all the things Amber did with Mary before the falling out with Sharla, especially for her wedding, I don't think Amber's sexual orientation had anything to do with her not going, but especially her weight. These are just dumb non-factors since, when you look at the bigger picture, it's pretty clear what actually happened. Amber saying "she's married now" as a reason for why they don't hang out is also pretty dumb. Married people don't just disappear from their friends lives - unless they were never that good of friends to begin with.

I can see the vlog now, Amber sitting in a chair the whole time, slowly getting louder and drunker, her hair getting slightly messier because she doesn't know how to act in public, shots of the food, the redneck plastic flowers, amberisms about how nice the flowers are, cut back to her drunker and louder, still sitting, possibly a shot of her "dancing," more food, more amberisms, finished with a shot of her the next day apologizing for how drunk she was.
