My guess is their applicant pool is probably pretty reasonable given their requirements. It seems like it's an ongoing process which makes sense given the various doctor appointments to prepare for surgery, weight loss attempts, moving to Houston (if needed), surgery, recovery and eventual follow-up. If the statistic that 400,000+ Americans are estimated to weigh 400+ lbs rings true, TLC likely has at least 10,000 people (or more) that fit the criteria and are willing to be loled at for surgery and $$$.

That size chart is some straight up :islamic:. The 5X fits a 58-61 inch hip measurement, and it's still debatable if our gorl would be able to squeeze herself into them. How you allow yourself to get anywhere near that big is beyond me.

That last weigh in where she was back up to 491 was filmed March 12, right? A quick look at the nutrition information and looks like she ate calories for the whole day in one meal again. The starter alone is 460, mains are about 1000-1600 because she sure as hell didn't get a small pizza slice or a salad. They have sundaes and cookies for desserts that are about 300-600 calories so she probably had some of that too. I guess we'll see that "509LBS" clickbate video soon.
