Every time one of her friends is caught in some sketchy drama they always seem to have to apologize or prove to a large audience that they themselves and Amber are actually on good terms and the haydurs are just stirring the pot. Amber texts her victims nonstop behind the scenes until she gets what she wants and I'm sure she did that to Eric too. Not only do they not want to be annoyed by text after text and her bitching, they don't want their stuff to be dragged out to such a big audience.

-Dana admits that Amber kept texting Dustin nonstop after the breakup.
-Dana herself had to kiss Amber's ass after her DM convos were leaked talking shit about Amber.
-Cara had to admit she didn't talk shit after Amber made her say it through text.
-Dustin had to clear the air because you know she was getting shit from AL after she posted the picture of the rings.
-Rafe had to apologize and kiss her ass after both times she was caught talking shit.
