I don’t think Big Al would go on My 600lbs Life. She’s just not prepared to be laid bare and honest like that. Even in her Struggles Being Me videos she only stated what is staggeringly obvious- that she can’t fit in small spaces such as a shower cubicle and sometimes can’t catch her breath. Chantal was more honest than that and she’s a pathological liar.
Also, if Big Al quit YouTube (it’s apparently stipulated in the contract you have to stay off social media and not discuss your progress) they’d lose their entire income. The rumoured appearance fee is $4,000 with a bit extra for the shower scenes, not nearly enough for them to survive.
