Apologies in advance for the :autism::autism::autism:: I don't know what tf she is talking about with the "tampering" nonsense, but there have been some studies showing that because frozen produce is generally picked at peak maturity before processing, it might retain slightly more nutrients than the fresh versions that are shipped across the country and are often picked when underripe so they'll last a bit longer.
In all the research I've done, it's clearly best to buy seasonal, local produce, but since Al does all her shopping at Walmart and can't be assed to stop at a local produce stand, she assumes frozen veggies have "more nutrition".
Also, if you use frozen you lose any of the benefits if you cook it too long, and after seeing the overcooked slop she serves up, there's no doubt there's very few vitamins left.
This just seems like another excuse to be lazy and condescending, per usual for our gorl.
