Sodium was 640mg in that one madras tv dinner alone. One small pickle has 447 mg of sodium. That one packet of oatmeal has 260mg. Turkey bacon is deceptively high in sodium as well, but I can't really judge the content by just two slices. She's admittedly doing better if this isn't a lie and only a fraction of what she ate. But, that's still a LOT of sodium. Way too much. Cut out the frozen dinners entirely, the rest of the day would probably have been fine without that.

Something that annoys me so much about reaction channels is when they make a compilation of her 'improper grammar' and then it's just her accent or not being able to pronounce things.
