This is the same bitch who lost a whole, 3 pounds in 2 weeks in December? But gained 15 in 2. And thinks she's going to lose 50 in 3 months? So that's 17 pounds a month. Not gonna do that when she's celebrating losing decimal points. She isn't ever going to stop shoving anything she can find down her gullet and she obviously isn't getting up to move. I wonder what quick fix diet she'll jump on first. New Year same shit. 700 pounds by the end of the year here we come!
Every year, Amber posts her resolutions for weight loss. Here we go:

2014: Starting weight: 377 pounds Goal: 300 pounds (loss of 77 pounds)

2015: Starting weight: 385 pounds Goal: 370 pounds (loss of 15 pounds)

2016: Starting weight: 450 pounds Goal: 330 pounds (loss of 120 pounds)

2017: Starting weight: 485 pounds Goal: 385 pounds (loss of 100 pounds)

2018: Starting weight: 489 pounds Goal: No goal for the year but she will try to lose weight

2019: Starting weight: 560 pounds Goal: 400 pounds (loss of 160 pounds)

2020: Starting weight: 572 pounds Goal: 445 pounds (loss of 127 pounds)

2021: Starting weight: 527 pounds Goal: 427 pounds (loss of 100 pounds)

2022: Starting weight: 505 pounds Goal: 350 pounds (loss of 155 pounds)

I have no hope that she will meet her goal this year if we look at her past goals. The only way would be to have bariatric surgery. Mexico here I come.

Yanno Turd, that's pretty interesting looking straight at the weights (her goals are absolutely meaningless and even she knows it).

So, from 2014 to 2020 (her "highest weight ever" and still the benchmark for every .01 ellbee she loses, dear Fat gained roughly 200 lbs and lost nothing. 2021 cancer saga accounts for that dip in tonnage. And at least she's starting 2022 at 505, but no way she loses 155 ellbees, given the track record you detailed above.

And there's really no proof that any numbers she provides are accurate anyway.

377lbs to 505lbs so 128lbs difference by her numbers.

She's put on 1.1 times the weight of the average North Pacific Giant Octopus. It's the largest octopus species and is known for it's considerable intelligence, including it's ability to open jars, solve mazes and mimic other octopuses.

Interesting....if my maths is right, the one year she didn't actually quantify any weightloss goal....just a year where she would "try to lose weight" is also the year she gained the most. So even though she sets goals and fails to lose weight, it's less than when she doesn't set quantifiable goals.

ETA: still can't cook salmon I see...maybe she should make learning basic cooking her resolution for 2022.

I started off trying to make a few notes, then gave up after 2 minutes. Absolute snoozefest.
New Year’s resolution to reach 350 pounds.
She’s eaten some salad and a bit of salmon and claims she is full. Fuck knows how she managed to squeeze in the other 8500 calories every day for 10 days in a row.
‘You guize see I’m losing weight’
NO mention of any weigh-in, even though she is doing it for 100 days straight.
Do not waste your time. She is trying everything in her playbook to resuscitate her dying channel.

In summary, Amber just repeats how eating on camera is good for her, teases Wipey in the background, and says her holiday slip ups weren't a big deal. "U Guize can see I am losing weight." Didn't she gain about 15 lbs back from holiday binging? The previous weigh in had her at about 490 lbs IIRC and she gained at least 15 lbs from holiday binging to 506 lbs. (allegedly)

This Mukbang was about 2,100 calories, give or take. Two Salmon filets are at least 1500 cal and the salad was two servings at around 600 cal. That Salmon was borderline burnt!

I watched just enough of the archived video to see Amber open a Diet Coke. Great, now she'll have every (fat) armchair weightloss guru all up in her comments screeching at her that OMG everyone knows zero calorie soda is what makes a person fat!!1!!

Amber should follow one of Nader Elshamy's cooking videos then do a mukbang with whatever she makes. That'd be horrifying but potentially entertaining.

Amber never changes. The only thing she like to vlog is food or consumption. She has done the cooking salmon vlogs many times. This is one reason why people are stopping watching her.

This should be the beginning of her 100 days of weight loss. To reach her goal, she need to eat no more than 2,000 calories a day. She already failed on day 1; it is not the only food that she ate on this day.
