and two, as performative shit to keep MG,W around.
Don't think so. Negress ain't goin' nowhere. Granted, none of us really know the interactions Hamber displays as hickey suck me fuck shit and the six hour sex sessions.

Do any of us want to? Meh, not.

But for whatever "fatphobic" reason, nigga Jade MG,W ain't goin' nowhere while Hamber's danglin'angle money train still has a couple of stops left.

And oh, frogs? Do you feel the temperature in the pot getting any warmer? No? Good... stay right there and bask.

I'm betting so. The person in TNA's discord said the program said they had to show some kind of weight loss every week(?) to remain in the program, even if just a pound. Since Hamber counts her weight in ounces, we know how that's going to go.
It won't be weekly, I can guarantee that right now because there's no way they're dragging the fatties in every week for a weighin. Plus they can't be trusted to self report. It'll be monthly group sessions, and Amber COULD drop a pound a month with no real effort. Monthly medically monitored weightloss meetings are required by many insurers before they'll approve WLS. The surgeon will no doubt have bigger goals for their patients to attain than a pound a month though. If Narc's troll said weekly, they were clearly paying more attention to the discord than they were to the speakers.

Just another reason why she wasn’t going out of state when she can’t do long car trips.

Monthly is definitely more realistic than weekly. Especially since approval for WLS can take over a year or more.

Some bariatric clinics also require additional support group meetings pre or even post WLS. In the earliest My 600 Pound Lifes, you can see bits and pieces of them. Imagine going to a support meeting and fucking Amber is there (with or without Jade)

Did she lose more teeth or are they just rotten? Oh wait, sorry, must be all that brushing she does. Maybe it will help her lose weight if she has no teeth. I did notice her Tom Cruise front tooth has shifted a lot in the last few years.

We need a poll. Why will lose all their teeth first, Chantal or Amber?

Nah, the weekly thing would be my error, I'm sure, as I was just catching up in the discord trying to find the details of Hmabeer spotting in the wild at the same time I was having fun watching the frogs show up en masse to shows host fucking stupid they were.

I think most all of us througt it a lie, really. She usually does match our mittedly low expectations for her lack of ability to tell the truth.

If Amber gets WLS and doesn't religiously take her vitamins, she is absolutely going to lose all her teeth within a year or two. Even VSG patients are advised to be on daily multivitamin and calcium* regimens for life due to vitamin malabsorption. Tooth loss is a common side effect of the surgery because of that. We all know how faithful Amber was at (not) taking her HRT and doesn't have the money for root canals or dental implants. Hope Jade will like barking at Amber to take her vitamins three times plus a day. Also hope that Amber loves blood draws, because she'll be getting those regularly in the first year after surgery to make sure she doesn't need to take additional iron or some other supplement.

*There are different sorts of multivitamins that bariatric patients can take. Once a day ones with or without iron have become more common, but chewable multiple doses a day ones are also a thing. A lot of poorer patients will double dose on regular one a day or Flintstones vitamins, but that is discouraged because bariatric patients often need crazy high doses of vitamins to keep their bloodwork looking good. Oh, and gummy vitamins are off limits because 1) sugar and 2) they are poorly absorbed.

Another fun thing is that cheaper calcium supplements made out of calcium carbonate are off the table because bariatric patients cannot absorb them as easily as the more expensive and harder to find calcium citrate. And those must be taken multiple times a day and at least two hours from after taking iron because they cancel out each other. We're not even getting into if Amber had a deficiency in other vitamins like D (which I'm sure she has). Jade is really gonna have to play nurse with Amber because I know that Amber would not bother with any of this.

don't worry; we'll get three hauls for pill organizers, trackers, journals and other BAAAYBE CAAAYUTE molments if we ever were to get that far.

Tooth loss after WLS is more about GERD as the reflux acid eats away at the teeth....a very common adverse reaction of WLS especially after a VSG procedure. Blood draws tend to be three monthly for the first few years, then six monthly for life. It's really not that arduous.

Depends on the surgeon to be fair. While some will insist on very expensive bariatric multivitamins, I've worked with a couple that are fine with Swisse, centrum etc. I suspect it's because they know how expensive bariatric specific vitamins are so would rather their patients took something (even if less desirable) than none at all.

Swisse and Costco's Kirkland brand are both calcium citrate. Both cheap to purchase especially Swisse which are more often than not half price in one supermarket chain or another. It's really not that expensive, even when you have to take two doses a day after a malabsorption surgery like gastric bypass. As for iron supplements, many surgeons will steer patients away from them because they complicate calcium absorption, and are rough on the digestive system. These days it's easier just to get an iron infusion when iron levels go too low. Same with B12 that is poorly absorbed after WLS, a three monthly injection is easier and less expensive than oral supplements, plus by injecting they know it goes into the bloodstream and not straight through the bowel. Here it is AUS $9 for three vials which last 9 months.

Gastric bypass and duodenal switch patients do not experience acid reflux after surgery and they're just as susceptible to dental decay and loss as VSG patients. It's one of those things where there are many but just as heavily contributing factors.

I did not say that you had to get super expensive ones. Many WLS patients in the States tend to buy their vitamins at Amazon or at Walmart. Especially calcium or additional supplements if needed. It's simply riskier with multivitamins since different brands have different amounts of each nutrient.

I also know people where they required fourteen or more vials of blood for all their post-WLS bloodwork. So it may be every few months but it's still a lot of sticking and drawing blood for one session. And in the States a lot of doctors will only put you on iron infusions or B12 if increased vitamin and diet intake don't do the job. It's possible to get certain supplements prescribed and covered by insurance, but you need to display an extreme deficiency first.

"And here's my VSG plushie!! Isn't it so kyoooottt?? And look at my new Harry Potter BlenderBottle for all my protein powders! Red velvet cake flavor? BOMB!!!"

Big thanks to @Daisoujou for pulling this out of the graveyard from back when ALR had a dedicated sub-forum. I updated the "Kentucky Lesbian Commune Love Triangle Situation Type Deal" to reflect the changes that have taken place and to be more current in this convoluted web.

@toilet_rainbow Do you not realise that there is a bariatric surgery register? Sorry to burst your bubble but there is. The US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia and NZ are all part of it. I'm not going into the details for one KW farmer...I know my shit! I know how the system works. If you want to challenge me then go ahead, I'm ready. It's off topic though so maybe take this to PM.

Plus regardless of how many blood vials need to be drawn, it's still only one needle stick! Tell me you’re a fat fuck without telling me you’re a fat fuck that has had surgery and thinks they knoe everything. I’ve worked with bariatric surgeons for 38 years and you want to tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about. Top hats are welcome!

One needle stick can be a serious pain in the ass when you have crap veins. I don’t know if Amber is a good stick, but I loathe getting blood work done because I only have one good vein between both arms (rolling veins? I think they’re called). It looks like I have nice ones but it’s deceptive. It takes multiple tries. Took an anesthesiologist seven pokes and a vein finder to start an iv. It’s not even the pain, but he digging around sucks.

Interestingly enough, fat tissue is often mistaken for veins in obese people in the antecubital region. (Crook of the elbow)

The question is: will Amber stick to the regular meetings and other appointments for weeks or months, and will she follow whatever regimen is prescribed to her? Amber has never been known to stick to anything for more than a few days. On top of that, it is Jade who will drive her to those meetings and appointments and will help pay for them.

She popped her IV out and blood was gushing everywhere! The phlebotomist will no doubt need to wear a full suit of armor, lest they be taken out by Hamber's body's forcible ejection of the needle. Safety first, people!

Hahahahaha. Thanks for the first laugh of the day, Turd!

Someone should point them to shrimpgate.

I've seen the hayduuurrs correcting the frogs here and there. It's (honestly!) hysterical that not a single one of the frogs, of the comments I've skimmed, seem to have looked at a single video by or about Hamber - except the two by that vlogger. More than one didn't even know Casey was a minor. You'd think that would be a material item. One of many items/context issues the master "researcher" left out in her "Y'all hate Dainty Hamber cause she's FAT!" narrative.

But clearly, I do not know Hamberlore like the frogs do.

In most parts of the world and in a lot of the states, the age of consent is 16-14. I don't think these people would care that Casey was a minor when Amber moved in to eat all of their food. For as degenerate as we've become, we're the only nation that really gets upset over anyone under 18 and even then that's just the federal law for obscene material. This body positivity fatphobia outrage is tired though, it's to the point where TikTok fatties are saying it's anti-blackness which wouldn't surprise me if Amber decides to try and exploit next.

Not even native speakers of English can stand to watch Amber these days, so I will be amazed if the frogs/Belgians stick around past the next couple of days. I’m sure they just wanted to show their loyalty to this Belgian influencer by liking, subscribing, and leaving a Google-translate comment. They’re probably the equivalent of an Ambaby. Eventually they’ll be echoing those despicable reaction channels and will shout “Ambre tu es une grosse merde idiote. Fini la vidéo !” Just like everyone else.

Oh, I know that the puritan mindset makes us stupid, and I think that a lot of the things in our laws, etc., are annoying and weird and useless. But that is the law. Falsely accusing someone of sexual assault - a minor at the time, and maybe 1/4 of your size - is a full stop for me. One, just because it's pretty goddamned gross. Two, because in his specific situation, even my fertile imagination cannot envision how (just as when Hamber prattles on about marathon five hour sexy times when she can't walk five feet without getting out of breath) someone could physically grab her and make her do something.

Not a single one of these frogs would pissing love and positivity on Hamber if she were not a gigantic whale. Maybe they should take a look at Hamber's behavior around 15 year old Libby.
