So, basically, Amber is just "winging it". To lose 3.2 pounds of fat in a week, you would need to reduce your calorie intake by 1,600 calories per day (3,500x3.2/7). Amber eats at least 4,000 calories per day normally, so she would have to eat no more than 2,400 calories per day. I believe that Amber is just losing "water weight" by not drinking as much. This is not going to last much longer and the calendar will be in the bin by the end of the month.Amber has been 'moving more', eating less, 'making better choices' (for example, ordering Panera bread instead of Jack in the Box), and intermittant fasting - which has resulted in her RAPID WEIGHT LOSS (sarcasm) of 3.2 lbs in 1 week.

She complained that her mother does not drop her off in front of the store and instead has her walk for a couple of minutes.
