Talks again how the no diet diet didn't work for her andhow she's on noom again. States her watter bottle and takeout goals again, as well as the calorie goals and how her body is just sooo different. Mentions having gone through menopause but I don't think it counts when ate yourself into having your uterus revoked.
First meal of the day, Sushi. she ordered from a new place and she's soooo specific about her sushi and she's riul nervous. Crunchy Cali Roll, supposedly 922 calories. Claims about eating in moderation. This wretched ogre is eating with her hands. Posteditinglynn informs us what sushi is, seemingly thinking her audience are just as much of a mouth breather as she is (and from how yappy the QnA Lynnterview questions are aye actually fair concern Amber). Next she drinks her two water bottles.
Next meal is cheesy rice with broccoli and ground beef, latter of the two being from th day prior. She also put tapatillo on the broccoli. Claims this meal is only 770 cals. And because our brave fatty consumed two waters today she's also having a caffeine free diet coke. THe next shot is of her in her bathroom about to take a shower (bc otherwise she'd get ppls asking her why she's wearing different clothes). Next meal after the shower. Cuts chorizo in slices and pan-fries them, she then fries two eggs on both sides. In any case, she's also having radish and carrots with that, plus a sprite zero. Claims 392 calories.
Snacktime. Some salami mozzarella wraps, baby carrots, and Mexico Bolis. Also has one gatorade zero. Says the snacks add up to 297 calories, making for a total of 2382 cals for the day. Now onto her shitty food for thought segment. Thankfully, the 5 questions have been reduced to 3.
Q: If you had to improve one thing about today's food intake, what would it be?
A: She did such a good job today, but for reflection's sake, she says she should've only ordered one sushi roll instead of one.
Q: Was there a moment today that you were about to fall off track but you stopped yourself?
A: No, cuz the food actually fills her up.
Q: Do you consider today a successful day for you? No one else. Just you. Why or why not?

The problem is that Amber had a tempura California roll, aka a (LIGHTLY) deep-fried roll. Crunchy California rolls aren't deep fried, they're either rolled in panko flakes or tempura bits. Of course this has a huge effect on the calorie content.
Tempura California rolls are 75-95 calories for each piece. She ate 16 pieces, or 1,200 to 1,520 calories.
Of course she's so fat she can fudge a few hundred calories during her Noom bullshit and still be in a caloric deficit but this mindset is one of the many reasons she's five hundred fucking pounds.
