She has told us the story a bunch of times of getting cellulitis in high school. She had to be hospitalized and says; "you can't tell me about cellulitis, I know everything there is to know about it". She gets it every 2 months or so as she has aged. She just hides it from time to time because she doesn't want to hear the reactions.

If she got a decent PCP she’d have to face accountability for her shitty habits and knows it. They’d do tests and find her to be objectively unhealthy and then it would be too hard on her mentuls to deal with, you guise.
