Probably a lot in her case since the times she has shown herself drinking it has been more like her being just a little relaxed but exaggerating rather than her being drunk, I don't think we have ever seen her really drunk.
In general I think it depends on multiple factors not just the weight, the resistance to alcohol is different to everyone regardless the weight etc.
I'm a normal weight and I need a whole bar to get drunk most of the times unfortunately for me and I know I'm not the only case.
