I never comment on this thread I've just been silently viewing all the comments. I used to really enjoy her videos but recently I can't stand her any more. My feelings are pretty much now the same as 99% of the comments on this thread. I just had to say this. I think now she's no longer on the 'weight loss journey' we will start to see what she truely eats in a day and it ain't gunna be pretty. Also I disagreed with a lot of the comments saying she put on weight. I really thought I could see in her face that she was losing however this latest mukbang video has proved me wrong. Probably Late with the info but, Regarding the preparation of the noodles: there are two type of instant noodles, soup style (like ramen) and fried style (like mie goreng). The mie goreng style is popular in Asia but not sure how popular it is in North America (I assume not very, since the You Tubers I have seen with it have usually tried to prepare it ramen-style).

Soup style is pretty obvious - cook noodles, add flavour packet. Fried style is the same but the noodles are drained before adding the flavour packets. A fried egg and bits of ham/spring onion are added if you are feeling fancy.

Soup noodles can be prepared like fried noodles for people who don't want to consume the soup (or can't be trusted not to make a mess with it). So while Amberlynn has done it back the front it isn't as a monumental fuck up as trying to prep fried noodles by leaving the water in and adding the flavour. That will just result in soggy noodles in yucky bland water.

There is a shitload of sodium/MSG in those soup flavour packets. Adding a whole one to drained noodles could mess with your taste buds so it feels like it's burning a hole through your tongue.

I's also strange how she claims to know everything about moderation, nutrition and food (going as far as to say she knows it better than everyone else!), and then she fucks up simplest, the most basic dish. So transparent, yet people are still gobbling it up.

That said, weight loss is incredibly easy to see- especially with people that are very large. It's most noticeable in the face and later in the stomach. With AL, it's the exact opposite. Does she think we're stupid?
