If she would just pay attention to her body, she'd lose a little weight. When you are full, stop eating, it's as simple as that.

Of course, now her stomach is so stretched that it takes massive quantities to get her full; she'd never get thin. But it would help a little if she'd just pay attention to the signals her body is sending.

A lot of people get fat, I think, not only because of their crap diets but because they eat past the point of pain. I think sometimes that's why obesity runs in families-fat mom's serve high calorie fat and sugar and then don't let their kids stop and leave a half eaten plate. Kids don't overeat when left to their own devices.

This video just epitomises how ridiculous her relationship with food is. Look at that bacon, it's totally burnt to fuck. Forget normal people, surely some fatties wouldn't eat that shit either, it's fucking charred black.

Also, want to draw attention to:
a) "I don't want to waste it" - Like one piece of bacon is going to send her into a spiral of starvation, please. :lol:
b) Considering she seems to only make pre-cooked bacon that you microwave (which never fails to gross me out, bacon doesn't even take 5 minutes to cook), how could she possibly burn it? Too busy carrying around that poor kitten in her pendulous tits.
c) That she can't seem to understand that Sriracha and wasabi aren't the only spicy substances in existence, somebody get this girl a bottle of cayenne pepper (as long as the packaging is cute). Also like how there are flavour profiles outside of broth, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, aminos and ketchup. I believe she even says she puts Italian seasoning in her ramen, ick.

IMO it's just her admitting that it's not about flavour anymore, food isn't even enjoyment for her it's just something to gorge on. IDK about the US, but in the UK going out to eat is super rare, only when you go on like a day out/shopping, etc. In saying that, a lot of families will get a weekly takeaway but like for AL there's nothing, it's just sustenance, which is just hella sad.

Sometimes I want somebody to actually log everything she eats in a day (come thru Big Butch Bong-smoking Becky)

A little late but I just had to comment. The sheer size of big Al makes the family size dish look in proportion and the spoon look like a tea-spoon. It took me a while to realise it's her hand that's huge not the spoon that's tiny. Hopefully Rafe will drop us some tea again during younow.
