Amber's attempt at humor. She must be wearing her sarcasm tent-shirt, unless she gave it to Dana.
. The time is coming when she's going to be bedridden-whether from a foot or leg injury or another 100 lbs-and it's why she goes from person to person, because she can't do that alone.
I'll await my optimistic ratings..
I posted several pages back a clip in on of her videos where she says one of the cats likes to play with pens and sometimes she'll get on the scale and it'll say 200lbs and she knew it wasn't right so she would check the scale and there would be a pen or whatever causing it to give an incorrect weight.Actually, the weight thing could well be her scales. Not nonsense like flat batteries, but any pair of domestic scales gets less and less accurate as it nears maximum weight limit. Getting on them once is absolutely no guarantee you'll get anything like your correct weight (although the little person trapped inside throws away the calculation tables and just screams "GET OFF!")
The other part is the tare of the scales. I don't know about digital ones in domestic use, but all manual ones regularly need re-setting, and very fine digital scales need to be tared every time. We will gloss over how I know that, ahem. But she's nearly at the limit of domestic scales, takes one reading and has likely never re-tared them - add that in with the natural fluctuations of the day which are magnified in morbid obesity and there could easily be a 20-30lb margin of error.
Everyone except those dumb twats who shriek "you lost 1lb and look AMAZING!" knows she's gained, including her when backed into a corner. But mentally, it's much easier for her to accept what the scales say as long as they are wrong in the "right" way. She has a huge capacity for denial (I think a lot of the lies and obfuscations are about maintaining that denial; reality is just too harsh) and, judging by how poorly she was moving and breathing, she's going to have a crisis sooner rather than later. But then look at James K on 600lb Life - he rationalised a heart attack into gaining 60lbs.
I also think maybe she's not uploading because she's truly very depressed (yah boo sucks feelz. I'll have myself shot for it) and honestly can't put the face on any more. She'll see this as hate, she sees us all as haters, but it's frustration. I want to laugh at her ridiculous life, but still want her to be happy in her ridiculousness. She's not. But she won't do anything about any of it.....until she dies? None of us,want that, we truly don't.
Scuse typos.long story.
Big A has a pannus, which we now call a fupa. She said she didn't have one but it was clear she was going by the originally intended definition (fat upper pussy area).
No I feel you, pannus is an oft-misused variation of panniculus. I'm pretty sure pannus means "apron" in either latin or greek, and that's why it gets mixed up with panniculus. Maybe that's why it's easier to just say fupa and call it a day.I don't want to be THAT PERSON, but I think you mean a panniculus. A 'pannus' is inflamed tissue in joimts or in the cornea; a panniculus is a sheet of fatty tissue (the "apron" that the morbidly obese have).
I wouldn't say she struck a nerve, so much as she made everyone's eyes roll 180 degrees backwards.View attachment 264850
I guess she this is the troll from the other day. She "struck a nerve," haha. Personally I would have talked to her in depth but her posting was against the rules.
Am I the only one who thinks that Amberlynn loves the idea of books more than actually reading them?
I wouldn't say she struck a nerve, so much as she made everyone's eyes roll 180 degrees backwards.
But yeah, okay, she sure showed us.
She has an overflowing bookshelf, of crisp, brand new books, that have never been opened. They look great next to the wax burner and candy dish. Purely ornamental.
