I think it's likely both. She certainly is an emotional eater, but she does binge. Her soup amounts are massive and I'm sure she eats several portions in one go. Her cereal mukbang was absolutely a binge and in her sushi one she admits to eating two of those massive things normally. I think she films her mukbangs during a binge.

She might have both, she just uses BED as the main excuse for her behavior when it often doesn't apply. The cam binges though, binges are a source of intense shame for people with true BED, and part of the diagnosis is feeling shame before and after the binge occurs. The fact that she does it essentially in public is telling, she doesn't give a fuck if people see it.

I actually feel bad for Hannah. Her whore wife is constantly flirting with Amber in front of everyone. In her YouNow session the other night, Rafe talked about kissing Amber and Amber cackled and said she totally forgot about it and Rafe made a face and said something like "guess it wasn't that memorable for you." Who the fuck acts pouty about someone not remembering kissing them when they're married to someone else? And Amber legit doesn't even treat Hannah like a person. She just says shit like "she's so sweet" and goes right back to giggling over the attention Rafe gives her. I assume Hannah thinks she can't do any better than Rafe and chooses to put up with it. Sad.

Did you catch at the end of the last YouNow before this current one, Rafe telling Amber to make it look like they're kissing and then Hannah says something in the background and Amber is like, "Is she upset?" Rafe is like, "I don't know, let me go talk to her." When Rafe came back, her whole demeanor was changed, she was more quiet and looked guilty.
I feel bad for Hannah that she has to put up with that shit too. How cold of a person do you have to be to not care at all how flirting like that (especially in front of hundreds of people) will affect them.

I've always thought the ''soup'' thing is just for the show and she doesn't eat more than the cup she usually shows on video.
All her life revolves around food, happy, sad, wanting to have fun, filming etc. Everything has to do with food but not any type of food, only the things she likes the most... party day everyday...also the way she gets excited when she's about to eat something she likes(like a child).
She has a disorder about it for sure, more than one but they all come after her main one in my opinion.... she is gluttonous.
