Im no loan officer, but you don't always have to put the traditional 10% down. FHA loans (first time home buyers) or a loan for a new construction home often have more options for down payments, although they do often require some up front fees of a few grand, which she could never save. Her trouble with getting a loan would be her income and work history. I can't speak for every mortgage company, but they like to see you having at least 2 years of a stable income. She couldn't walk into a bank and say 'well you'll see in November and December YouTube was poppin' for me, y'all, but they cut my pay earlier this year and my boss at YouTube is workin' with me and allowing me to put ads in more videos and younow pays me in bars each month' and expect to get a loan. They also look at several years of tax returns (which she likely isn't filling). It took her a year or more to get a liscense. There's no way in hell she could put all the effort that goes into buying a home, even if she had the work and credit history for it.

She might brag about her income now but in reality, she's never going to be a popular YouTuber with a substantial income and sponserships. She's going to struggle getting any line of credit or even an apartment simply bc she doesn't have a stable source of income. The fluctuations in income and the instability of her platform just puts her risk rate too high. I know she doesn't like thinking about her 5 year plan since she has all her hoofs in the YouTube basket, but if she ever wants to be a real adult, she needs to start with getting an ACTUAL job.

I think it's ridiculous that she has not at least planned a fall-back job or something in case her youtube 'career' fails. Nothing is ever certain, and the image she has created that she just plans to do youtube for the rest of her life is pretty silly. It would make sense if she were someone like PewDiePie, who is making absolute bank off youtube, to not worry about what to do after because 1. they've already made a lot of money and 2. they're pretty famous so it won't be hard for them to find something else to do on whatever platform theoretically replaces youtube.

She has no skills, no talent, no aspirations aside from being a 'writer' and it's clear she has no aptitude for that. She didn't even actually attempt to try at getting a college degree--that would have at least helped her in obtaining a well-paying job in her life after youtube. I get that Kristine is Tammie's sister and that matters to her, but her sister is also a life-long drug addict who lost her kids and went to prison and lives like a shambolic morally-challenged meth hobo. The pictures she posted of her boyfriend (probably ex-boyfriend now but who knows) scream "sex offender registry." Motherfucker has a lightning bolt tattoo next to his eye. She posted endless memes about loving her daughter and the sorts of misery affirmations I associate with teenagers, and none of that is helped by all the edgy MySpace-era drawings of sparkly women on fire, the sort of art commonly seen on conversion vans. Kristine is arrested at an age younger than Amber if her FB is anything to go on.

AL's messy life resembles her mother's. Both are addicts. Both have unstable relationships. Both appear to have great difficulty holding down a job. Both share gross elements of their lives online. Both neglected and constructively abandoned smaller weak creatures dependent on them. The irony is if Amber's mom decided to become a youtube personality she would attract the same audience as Amber - people that like to watch trashy trainwrecks.

Make no mistake, Kristen is definitely worse than Amber. They are both addicts, but whereas Amber has neglected/abandoned pets, Kristen neglected and abandoned her own children.
