I know it's been said before...but when she says the rice is allowed on WW I wonder if it says like "a cup of cooked rice" but she measures it out dry... then it says it's one portion but she goes for 2.... which is really 4-8 because she measured it uncooked. It just looked like alot.
That's exactly what I thought. I think she read that a "serving" was 1 cup and was about 130 calories, figured she could afford to have two servings, and so cooked 2 cups dry measure. Then, of course, ending up with at least 4 freaking servings!
She claimed that entire meal was 580-ish calories while I estimate it was probably northwards of 1500. WTG Amber!
