The problem with the thinking that, 'Even if she eats fast food/bad things, if it's under 3000 she'll still lose" is that high calories don't always equal filling. If she gorges herself on 3000 calories of BK, she's still going to be hungry later. Even a turkey sandwich with curly fries from Arby's is well over 1000 calories. If you add in a shake and mozz sticks, because, 'she's allowed', forget about it. If she indulges herself in bad foods that are high in calories, she's still going to binge..because she'll feel like she's starving in a few hours, but with no calories left.
