I have no sympathy for people who exhaust valuable EMS resources. I don't know what issues she has complained of in the past but I hope to God they weren't upper back/chest/heart pain because that means two paramedics/AEMTs needed to fly out lights and sirens towards pillow mountain. Transporting ALR would be a nightmare, especially if she fell. It's difficult enough to get someone onto a stretcher, but lifting ALR would be near impossible in her current dainty state.

I *know* this is psychotic (but hey AL thinks we're all sociopaths) and major power leveling, but I just happen to attend a school that's one of the top medical schools in the country. I just emailed the director of our psych course to ask:
1. whether it's possible to get diagnosed with BD and MDD
2. whether it's possible to get diagnosed with a personality order in one visit
3. whether it's possible to get diagnosed with BD in one visit

would i know the answers to these questions myself if I weren't such a retard? probably. Should I be emailing my professor with questions about a whale sized vlogger? Probably not. But hey, I'm an autist and here we are.

Psychiatry is largely dependent on the symptoms the patient reports. There is no medical test that can pin point mental illness. So Hambone could have went in there with a list of what Bipolar symptoms are and say she has all of them. To the doctor (especially psychiatrists) you are what you say you are for the most part.

So yeah I’m sure you can get diagnosed on a first visit if you say all the buzzwords.
