Ok? Feel free to list your own reasons for disliking her. Personally that was the incident that turned me from supporter to spectator of a freakshow/trainwreck. Like I said I don't really hate her and if I did I wouldn't follow her.

Idk if others who were also around at that time would agree but the way I see it it's not that it was particualrly bad. Kasey defended himself and he did a great job, mostly because in contrast to our gorl's flippant demeanor in the rape lie video his behavior came off as particularly genuine. It's just that most people take false rape accusations seriously and Amber's dismissive reactions to being called out, both at the time and subsequently, are pretty disgusting to boot.

But like I said, Kasey had a voice. Twinkie and the cats don't. I believe Twinkie's nails are shorter now but at one point they were so long you could see walking caused her pain. Wasabi was so matted Rafe had to cut the mats out (for those who don't know, matted fur isn't the same as a human having knots in their hair, it's actually very painful). And Rarity kept going into heat for ages before she was spayed. Of course Amber says it was only twice and is dismissive of Rarity's discomfort as well. I love animals and I can't stand shit like this. It's way more infuriating than seeing a 600-lb gorl gorge herself on ornj chckn after she cried on camera about her weight. Idk, maybe saying that is trite too? For me it's true though, and I don't think every single person who expresses similar feelings is virtue signaling. Most people can't stand to see animals suffer. I might be wrong though

No one who hasn't actually interacted with Amber should be legitimately hating her. That's ridiculous and pretty cow-ish in of itself. Now being irritated by her because she's a bad person both morally and functionally is another matter and I think it's where most of us fall. There's no single reason why she's disliked by the following or even by a single person. There's just so much wrong with her. But do we even need a reason? I don't think we need to justify watching someone and shit talking them. It always seems to me that people are trying to justify this to get some kind of moral high ground, but there really isn't any or a need to. We're all watching a shitty human eat herself to death and be a blackhole ruining the lives of others. There's no lens that makes that fact into a good or positive thing and that's fine because who cares?

You are correct that she is pretty average as far as poor white trash. Im very familiar with people like that. But I’ve never seen someone her age get so fat. Older, sure. But a 28 year old 600 pounder? That’s new to me. I don’t hate her. I’m fascinated.

We can all admit it. Amber is a total utter shithead with no regard for others and an enormous ego, but the fact that she's morbidly obese and completely grotesque makes her that much more disliked. The fact that she is a terrible person is just elevated by how goddamn physically ugly she is. It makes her so much more hateable/tard rage inducing.

Edit: not that we should be getting into a frenzy of unbridled hatred toward our gorl. She's actually pretty hilarious, the key is to separate your emotions from her behavior.

I dislike her, sure, but I wouldn't say I hate her. That takes more energy than I care to exert.

When I first started watching AL, I saw her YT comment section and felt bad for her. She seemed like a simple young fattie struggling to lose weight and made the mistake of putting her weight "loss" journey on the internet before she was ready for primetime. But seeing her continually lie about dumb shit and gaslight her audience led me to lose any sympathy for her. Then I learned about the false rape accusations and that just solidified what I was already feeling towards her.

She keeps gaining weight, making excuses, and lying to herself and everyone around her about pretty much everything. I can't say I "hate" watch, I follow AL's saga like other people watch the Kardashians or Real Housewives shows. At this point, I watch (or really, read here) because I'm just curious to see the endgame.

Pretty much how I feel. The fatness itself is necessary, but not sufficient to keep the fascination going. It's like a force multiplier. Some people might hate her for being an enormous piece of shit, and some fewer people might hate her merely for being fat, but those two traits together drive a lot of people nuts.

Most of those people you'll find on FB/Reddit, though (though they'll do their damnedest to mask it with good intentions and concern -- lol). My general sense is that around here, people are fascinated/entertained by her (with the occasional sprinkling of outrage) moreso than actually being "haydurs".
