First of all, what in the fuck is going on with her neck? I can't decide if the filter just can't figure out what to do with her chin/neck situation or if her choker is actually cutting into her neck, but it looks horrific.
Also, the fact that she's sitting in what looks to be either some kind of restaurant or store, with her shirt pulled way down to show off her sad misshapen "cleavage" while attempting a seductive pout for the camera is both sad and hilarious. I can only imagine the expressions on the faces of the people who stumble across Amber as she's out on the town, sittin' in scooters and restin' on benches while waiting for Becky to run her errands, liveeen' her best life.

I don't think that's a choker, I think that's the shadowing from her darkened neck folds.
