Because despite ramsay leaving the way he did, Amy still feels like she's right. I'm sure what we see going on in the episode and what she sees are completely different things.

That's what Amy basically said near the beginning of the show, she complained about internet haters and wanted Ramsay to tell them that her food was good so they would STFU.

it's just so baffling and truly evidence of their craziness.

the show is called Kitchen NIGHTMARES, not Kitchen White Knights. the show only features NIGHTMARE restaurants for gordon to fix up.

I was wondering about that earlier. I could maybe buy that they've never watched it, but haven't they heard anything about it? It's got to be that they're just so deluded about their own abilities that they were sure Ramsay would five-star it.

Well, Ramsay did praise the kitchen for being clean, so at least anyone who goes to ABC can be assured that their food, if frozen or pre-made, has been made in sanitary conditions. That's more than you could ever say for most of the other restaurants featured on the show.
 
yeah, those poor kitties... though, cats can usually get away with trolling their owners in various ways. They probably do that to keep their sanity.

Well, because cats are cute! But yeah, cats tend to be very independent animals, I'm sure they fair well finding ways to annoy her like many cats do to their owners.

As a cat owner, I can attest to that. Cats are the only pets I know of that hold grudges and extract revenge. If S/Amy are mistreating their babies in any way - which I really doubt - there will be consequences.

She really does have a lot of CWC in her. She sees herself as so awesome and has God(bear) on her side, she thinks she doing this because God(bear) told her that if she did everyone would adore her, and the only reason why she is having all these woes is because evil trolls and bullies are conspiring in the back room of the Pita Jungle to thwart her (and God(bear)).

I wonder if one of her cats is named Crystal? meow meow meow.

Ahh, I remember watching that video, a favorite of mine. The fact that his cat hisses and growls at him shows that he is not a good pet owner, even if he is friendly and loving to his cats. Kinda makes me wonder if Amy gets that reaction from her cats.
