Samy was in immigration court yesterday (Monday). He is under investigation by US immigration authorities for allegedly failing to disclose prior convictions for drug offenses, threats, and extortion, which were also the reasons he has been banned from entering France and Germany.

The way their luck is going I wouldn't be surprised if, in the next month, the FBI storms A'sBC and it's announces the store was indeed a front for money laundering and drug operations like everyone was theorizing, and that Amy is a heroin addict.

So Samy went to a deportation hearing? Got banned from two countries in Europe due to involvement with extortion, drug distribution, and threats? Well, at least we can understand why he said he's the gangster along with how the restaurant is being funded. The interviewer may as well be a troll when he said "What happened in Europe 30 years ago?" I may as well be crazy to say this but this may as well be some kind of counter-part to Chris' court hearing. All we are missing is some one to record the events along with what Samy and Amy have to say. On that same note, with Samy and Amy both being criminals, does anyone think that they could be soulmates? They both committed crimes related to money (Samy doing extortion while Amy took s.s. numbers)

The video says hes "from" Israel. Whether that means he holds Israeli citizenship or simply arrived in the US directly from Israel, I'm not entirely certain.
