Quick recap: When Phil first moved to Brooklyn in 2016 he was having lots of degen sex with many other mtf troons. After some time he becomes "oddly unsatisfied with most of the sex I was having" and starts wondering if he's asexual. It does not occur to him that he is unsatisfied because he's a heterosexual man having prison gay sex with other heterosexual men.

He starts going to "weeb parties" where nerds dance to 2000s anime music. These people are relatively normal(?), have normal jobs and are not overly sexual in public. Phil "wanted to take a break from sucking and fucking, so I chose a place that seemed relatively tame". He feels like he found his people but he eventually notices that his handmaiden friends get hit on a lot at those parties and that the scene is actually a lot more sexual than he previously thought, it's just that this sexual energy isn't being directed in his direction by either "cis" men or women. He characterizes this lack of sexual attention as discrimination and an undercurrent of transmisogyny. The last party he attended he even wore a dress but no one said anything and that was the moment he decided to leave that scene. In true incel fashion he believes people not wanting to fuck means he is being disrespected.

He then becomes a shut in who spends his days having sex role play with people online and this is his new tribe. Many of these online friends are allegedly gen z "cis" lesbians which leads him to conclude there is a big generational difference between millennial women and zoomer women, and that zoomer women truly perceive him as a fellow woman and want to fuck him accordingly.

Dunno about the road to suicide, but definitely the road to a mid-life crisis. 2016 was forever ago in twink years.
