His phone number is unredacted in the report as (716) 523-6864. The incident would have been around 8:35pm in their time zone. He was charged with 3 counts with two of them (improper use of 911, disorderly conduct) being released.

Only read the first report so far, he's a brief summation: He was crying and laying down in the roadway in front of the emergency room because he didn't "get the desired response" from the hospital. They had to load him up on a gurney and put him into an ambulance to get his fat ass out of the way. He had previously spent 80 hours in the hospital pretending to be ill before they realized he was a total fraud.

He shits himself while on the gurney in the ambulance. They took him into the hospital and overheard the police telling the nurses what a bum bitch he is, so he flipped out and screamed at them. He banged his own head against the wall and the floor, so they cuffed him, put him in a wheelchair, and then hauled him off to jail.

EDIT: Apparently these are out of order as the second report is timestamped with 8:05pm in their time zone. This one redacts his phone number, but too late!

Anyways, here's the summation: The Office of Crisis Intervention had already been looking into Andy before the call. The report alludes to a previous similar incident the day prior. This report says he was at the hospital for closer to 86 hours before they realized he's a fraud faking illness.

The social worker was directed to "open source information online" about Andy Ditch (hi social workers!). There's apparently an incident where Andy was poisoning his family with "antifreeze and/or fecal matter," what the fuck? The report outright states he's faking Autism Disorder for "secondary gain."

Andy was very upset at the social worker, saying that they were accusing him of faking autism. The social worker points out they tried to get Andy into a men's homeless shelter, but he says he won't need their help as he is going to kill himself. At this point, he kept screaming at them about how he was going to kill himself.

After they took him to MetroHealth on a gurney, he overheard the social worker explaining that he fakes autism and started screaming at them again. This seems to be what precipitated his headbanging incident in the first report.

The cam footage will very likely have a cost, a lot of police forces use it as a way of preventing spurious requests cause it does have to be run by human eyes that then censor certain parts. I think it is probably the reason why they asked you to confirm whether you wanted the footage.

Since it looks like there's two officers reports it means they probably will only have two cams to go through, I remember Daniel Larson had an arrest with 6 or 7 different officers and that extra cam count inflated the fee they give (which is often per hour). All PDs are different about this, but I would bet it would be near 300 dollars unless if their time with Andy was excessively long.
