i am worried about his family. i managed to sit through part of this, but i am wondering what his plan is? that aside, i think that he needs a 3rd party payee, more than anything. that way..there is no question about money for his dad, its just not there, so no reason to tolerate this asshole for the pittance hes getting every month, and also so dumbass doesnt spend his allotment on fetish diapers.

this is apparently a recording of the court proceedings. from the bit i was able to stomach, this fuckass literally got pissed off and ran into the middle of the street and nearly got hit by a car, which resulted in the police showing up, etc.
what was really enraging though, was the judge bitching out andys elderly father for not giving a shit if he comes back to NY or not...what the fuck. does anyone care about the real victims here?

and it got me to think that the reason why no online trolls come after Andy is possibly because..
1. from watching Andy's self-vlogs he seems very self-aware
2. from watching Andy's self-vlogs whenever an interaction doesnt contribute to his bullshit, he would immediately disengage. he'll ramble about being abused but when police, careworkers or hospital staff just ignore him he just retreats back,
3. When push comes to shove, he immediately fake cries. All in all, There is nothing entertaining about Andy except whenever people finally had enough and physically restrain him or beat him. (or hopefully both)

Andy has no redeeming quality, Andy has nothing entertaining going on and Andy's family need to enable him sometimes will be the death of them. The Ditch Family is a tragic family where from the snippets we see, is they all somewhat genuinely hate eachother and whose sole existence is to spite eachother (maybe not his dad to his wife, or joe to his mom)

This has been said before about Andy and it’s something a lot of attention seeking cows do but it’s worth mentioning again.

Andy lives in a constant cycle of his own creation. It starts off with him procuring the sympathy and care he so desperately begs for. When he lived with his parents, this was usually when he wore them down to a nub and they gave into his demands. But now he’s doing it to healthcare professionals and caretakers who have no idea of his previous actions, and they’re falling for it.

Now, for most people who actually have a disability, this care would be sufficient. Sure it might not be the best quality, but it would be preferable to being completely unable to care for yourself. But for Andy, this isn’t enough. He wants to have everything done for him while also being allowed to do whatever he wants and order everyone around like they’re his personal slaves.

Andy’s entitlement leads him to throw a literal shit fit whenever his incredibly high demands can’t be filled. When his parents, his caretakers or anybody else he’s roped in tells him no or refuses any of his demands, he calls them abusive, films them, screams at them, calls the cops on them, and posts the whole thing to YouTube without anyone’s consent. Or he just poisons them.

And then the cycle would repeat itself. The police would leave and Andy would continue his behavior. But now, he’s just going to get kicked out of whatever care home he happens to be in.

The judge is on the first stage of the cycle. She’s listening to Andy and she genuinely believes he’s a very vulnerable, abused, disabled man. And it’s infuriating to see him rope another person in.

it is insufferable to listen to him talking like a retarded 5 year old to a judge, i mean honestly i know thats insulting to actual delayed 5 year olds as real life disabled people dont talk like that, most disabled kids as well as adults, want to be seen as competent, cool, and capable; they dont WANT to be seen or viewed as a helpless baby or as stupid, or anything along those lines. i sweat someone needs to take this judge aside too and tell him that, hey, its not his parents responsibility to care for andy, he is faking and there is proof upon proof that it is all 100 percent fake, you know Munchhausen/malingering factitious disorder. it is all for attention, the only ''care'' andy needs is to be put in a mental hospital and actively treated for mental health issues only, not for any sort of ''disability or medical'' type care, no, he just needs people to force him to stop this destructive behavior.... as far as his dad being a payee. that does not mean he is responsible for andy, he is only responsible for keeping the FINANCIALS in check, that is it, just budgeting and allotting funds. - which technically Andy does not need, he use to manage himself, live independently and be a functional member of society, i think Andy purposefully fucked up with his money so he could get a payee, and he could use that to say : see? look, i have a payee,because im disabled and i cant handle my money wisely, see that means i also need caregivers and diapers and supports daily''....
