Founds some interesting outside perspectives of Andy from reviews on A Best PCs:

…which shows that Andrew was acting “normal” and presenting as a functioning adult to outsiders as recently as 5 years ago (2019), at least to the people he was fixing PCs for.
But even at this time, he was developing his autistic/disabled/incontinence persona, as evidenced in his “Able, Disabled Yet Incontinent” blog from 2017. He also called the police 480 times in 2018. That police report where he got in his Mom’s face and threatened her was in 2018. He was spiraling at this point but still “functional” enough to maintain his business and get glowing reviews.
So this would imply that Andy was basically living a double life. He was acting like a normal person to his clients but started harassing his family the second he got home. No wonder they call him on his hypocrisy and “faking.”
The address listed on his website is his home address, which begs the question if customers ever actually went inside. I highly doubt it or they would have been waaay turned off leaving their property with him. I imagine they probably met at a public place where Andy picked up the PC for fixing and then returned it to them at Dunkin Donuts or something.
Everyone in the reviews talk about what a kind, professional and competent repairman he was. He had the capabilities to take this business somewhere and make a living off it instead of mooch off social security and his parents. He could have moved out and lived independently while still indulging in his diaper thing. Why did he opt for this life instead? What could possibly be that appealing about living in an extremely cluttered, dysfunctional environment where there’s a ton of tension?
I guess his desire to be coddled, treated like a toddler, and be the constant center of attention supersedes his desire for any semblance of an adult life. And he’s making everybody miserable for it.
Andy has made it very clear in recent videos is that his ultimate goal is to not having his father take care of him like he whines about, but to move into an assisted living home. But if you listen to recorded discussions with mental health service providers, it’s obvious he’s not going to get it because they refuse to give him an autism diagnosis. And it’s like he’s under the impression the “crazier”, obnoxious and unhinged he acts, the more likely he will get the “care” he desires. It’s not going to happen. And the more desperate he gets, the more things are going to escalate. I genuinely worry for his family. The only full time supervision he’s headed toward is prison.
