If you guys are ever curious how low the bar can be set for people to get a job in fast food and Wal-Mart, here’s your answer.
In the video “I did live at 225 Hinds Street in 2005 for a break at night time and could not maintain it,” (
https://youtu.be/jUOA9an75D8?si=YAJi2CP6ZA1dWcLN) Andy is once again doxing himself by showing us a copy of his resume. Where do you even begin with this…

First off, his FACEBOOK is listed in his contacts, as well as his irrelevant weather site. Big no-no. One look at his Facebook ramblings would make any employer drop him (Maybe they weren’t so bad in 2012, but still completely inappropriate).
Second, the informative bullet points where you’re supposed to describe the nature of your work (and ideally highlight your abilities) only lists the hours and pay. Stating how much you were paid would actively turn employers off. In his first Wendy’s listing he actually does list his duties but abandons this entirely in later entries. With the exception, of course, in typical Andy fashion, stating that he couldn’t get the training and “accommodations” he needed at Top’s. One can only imagine what he was asking for, as the non-stop diaper wearing only started in 2019.
None of these jobs lasted for longer than a month, with the exception of Wendy’s lasting 5 months back in 2005. Looks like that same Wendy’s hired him back for a month then decided they couldn’t handle him again. There’s so many red flags in this resume it’s incomprehensible.
So just imagine how desperate that Wal-Mart in 2012 must have been to look at *this* resume and make a conscious decision to bring him on board. Was it because he is disabled and they had to meet a certain quota of disabled hires to satisfy corporate? Did he come off as friendly and capable in his interview? Was he the only person that applied? Maybe they just got a big stack of felons and Andy was the only one without a criminal record.
And you would think with all of the social services and case workers he has worked with, one of them would have helped him build his resume to appear to be employable so he can become a more functioning member of society. But I guess it was never brought up or deliberately avoided.
Also notice that McDonalds is not on this list. He was somehow able to use this inept resume to get a job there, too, which lasted for over two years. Andy does not like to bring up his employment with McDonalds because it is commonly brought up by psychiatrists as proof that he is more capable than he is letting on, so this resume of sporadic 1 month employment is the version he wants people to see. He’s so calculated.
