I will never get over how basically all of this guy's characters are carbon copies of other characters. His terrible pirate comic steals Rumiko Takahashi's trademarks, stories, and style and traces panels from Ranma 1/2. He rips shit from all over the place and doesn't even bother to make the art styles match, so he has all this smug art of his big wide DOBSON UNIVERSE that is an awful crossover mishmash of bootleg versions of different cartoon characters. All with wiggle lines everywhere when nobody is moving, of course.

Oh and he tries to make political comics when he once posted a journal entry where he revealed that he thought the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street were the same group. Seriously.

Oh, wow. I saw some comic of his when he tried to portray conservative political candidates as wanting to bring back slavery. So not only is it in exceedingly poor taste but he has no clue how politics work or what candidates actually say.

I remember that one but I think he was aiming at Santorum. Interesting thing is Something Awful actually agreed with him there and called Preston a broken clock.I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't pay enough attention during Santorum's campaign so I can't really comment on it.

Me neither, but I can't remember him saying anything like that (nor can I remember Obama saying that he wanted to abolish the Constitution, for that matter). And SA is apparently something of a loose cannon itself, from TVTropes we have this:

He's been doing these characters for a bit (there was a Tumblr post that ripped another of this series a good one), but I can't get over how amateurish it is. They look like they're drawn with MS Paint tools (or outlined as such, which is pretty sad because I'm sure Dobson has access to better tools), or that the punk chick has a head that strongly resembles the type of sponge I use to wash my car.

Oh geeze, that woman has a receding hairline, and her nose stud is right in her nostril. Seeing how Dobson is now all for "womyns rightz!!1", it's probably supposed to be a trans-lesbian SJW person. Also her face looks eerily similar to himself, down to the glasses.

It's weird. this was actually one of his better creations. It was kinda funny I guess.

But he replaced it with Bear-Dobson because he wanted the spotlight to be on him.

I’m honestly sick and tired of having to report about the way women are portrayed in comics and how incredibly stupid and shallow and pathetic it often is. And since I don’t wanna sound like a broken record, I think now is the best time to take a break and let Emily and her crew take over for a while.

EDIT sooooo... I guess people don't know who Emily is. That's kinda sad.
