Looking at the pencil makes me think that he doesn't even try anymore.

Back in his college days, he showed significantly more effort. 2004-2006 are his best, and then he just slid back from there. Was he just being held to higher standards there? Probably. By the sounds of it, he really doesn't care about art and, if I can take a wild guess, likes the title of "cartoonist/artist" more than he does producing work.

You can tell he was a lot more enthusiastic about art when he was younger. I guess the fame seriously went to his head and at one point realized as long as he puts in juuuuust enough effort he'll still get plenty of ass kissing.

Man, this is just depressing to look at because as Misty said Dobson showed a lot more genuine effort in his art. Compare these to his most recent work, and the differences are astounding.

There isn't a whole lot you can get from said canon really. Just that the guy changes his look and that everyone are either strawmen or idiots (Preston/Dobson included).

BTW, does anyone know what the man has two names?
 
Maybe I'm the only one here, but quite honestly reading up on this guy he's just mediocre at literally everything, INCLUDING being a lolcow. I don't know what it is, but he really doesn't strike any sort of extreme emotion from me. He doesn't disgust or infuriate me like trollmunchies or ADF do, Nor does he make me laugh hysterically watching him fail at every single thing and shooting himself in the foot like DSP, Jace, and OPL do.

Granted he has said some incredibly stupid things that many tartlets silently believe, But in all honesty is just a lot of pathetic whining. Even with his inflation fetish, I don't watch this guy with interest in what he's going to fuck up next.

At the very least he graduated from college as an art major, says a lot more than your typical 17 tartlet who wants to move to Japan and become a mangeka. In all honesty I still might need to read up on him more, maybe there is something I can find absolutely hilarious
