Anger management.

DBT has helped a lot with negative habits and emotions I experience on a daily basis. If you're getting mad at yourself for reacting to things like a dumbass, the mindfulness module or cognitive distortions (black and white/ all or nothing thinking) part in most dbt work books would help. I think it could help.

Unfortunately I have necroed a thread yet again, everyone point and laugh because...
I tried. I tried. I tried.
 
But guys.
What if the "irrational anger" is, in fact, rational and justified?
What if we, those "suffering" of anger, are well adjusted and righteous, and the world deserves being angry at?
Shouldn't we embrace this anger then and allow it to cleanse the sewage and puss?
Anger precipitates change. But the status quo is a well oiled machine when it comes to putting down individual agents of change. Unless....

fuck it just scream NIGGER in public more often.
While i don't scream it i definitly need to use it and various slurs for muslims less often in public. People could get the wrong idea.
 
I would still appreciate JAB sharing the trick he found to control his anger.
I am in dire need.
I might go on an irrational hatred thingie any day now and I'd love to avoid it!
