Like I've said before, it's quite ironic that Pablo sided with Anita when he himself is basically how she described gamers.

I am convinced, after watching Fortinte video, that Joe doesn't know how to play video games. Almost as bad as Spoony these days. He once went into my Team Fortress 2 session, about 10 years ago, died most of the time ingame, with kill here and there, and accused the other team for cheating.

Also fuck his movie, series and anime reviews. If you need channel material, don't make reviews that last an hour, with skits that are 30 minutes in total. Make some retro stuff, stuff you grown with and are familiar with. Make lesser videos, with maybe one smaller skit in the beginning.

I used to watch him years ago. Some of his reviews were pretty good, but that whole schtick just got old. Its not great for a brand either being the ANGRY reviewer. Wonder how many early access games he gets to review. Most of the skits are just cringe and I skip them, extra fluff and time wasting.

His cronies are just so void of any talent or charisma, they are not meant to be on youtube. Similar sentiment with AVGN and his screen wave crew.

I think one of the few Youtubers who adapted and branched out to vary their style was LinusTechTips. These other Youtubers like Joe who had a niche persona and video type all follow the same path - Their schtick gets old and people drop off (cant do the same thing for a decade and expect consistent views), so they branch out into low effort content (stretch to call it that) that anyone can do like movie and show reviews, podcasts, and lets plays. Its such a predictable pattern for so many of these 2010 guys who are still trying to stay relevant.

I opened youtube this morning, and this was among the recommended stuff:


And it was infinite (pun intended) times more watchable, then the shit that Joe puts today. There was passion, he wasn't a fatass, his criticism was on point in the lesser timespan. Overall, this is what I draw me to the Angry Joe Show. Simply put, less is more.

And people get a feeling he is this huge ego persona, but I always remember when Geoff Keighley kicked his ass:


Also, OtherJoe steals the (Angry Joe) Show, just by being a lowkey side-kick. He is more rational and his observation is on point, minus being a scream queen like Joe.

Joe still getting raged over a Madden game that has not been entertaining since the last decade is proof that he needs to play more interesting games. Most of the stuff he said on here is no different than his reviews on Madden 19 or Madden 20.

Im fine with twitch bits. He does get the footage that way and also erns from the twitch itself. But here is the thing, his review runtime has ballooned over the time, now he can cover one game a month, because it takes more time to edit and to shoot the skits for the video.

Also being a big angry manchild critic who disrespects his audience and does what ever he feels like, while screaming his lungs out and looking like a complete jackass. Even the most over the top AVGN skit with Troma lowbrow humor was less childish then Joe. And worst of all, he has never grown as a reviewer or a presenter, he has gone backwards into fucking fantasy of "Angry Army" imaginary world. I wouldn't be shocked if he has merged reality and his fanfiction inside his head.

I did think his review of Aliens Fireteam was pretty good. Seemed accurate to how the game was received too.
