I tried to give the Samurai Troopers sequel a chance, but it's not really good. I think the animation is up there with Berserk 2016 and the upcoming HnK anime because nothing about the animation felt organic. The new troopers were okay (Shion and Gai grew on me), and they were probably the only likable characters in the series (they did the old characters really dirty, Jun getting the worst of it). The braves were a bunch of unlikable faggots with shitty armors, and giving them personalities only to kill most of them off was dumb. What sucks is this could have worked out if it wasn't tied to the original series at all, you had better writers, and Sunrise didn't cheap out on shitty 3d-cell animation. There's a second season or set of episodes coming this July, but I'm getting mix reactions from Japanese posts on social media. Some skipped this sequel, knowing it was nostalgia bait, and I heard the model kits/figures for the sequel aren't selling well without discounts (The Gai model looks like you have to put some details into the bland kit). I heard a lot of people were upset that they killed off Mirei.

Word is the guy who designed the Braves went on Twitter to sarcastically tweet, "Did you like their performance? Nvm, you probably didn't." That's how bad this show and its villains are.

Fate sucks.
Does the fanbase still send you death threats if god forbid you complain about FGO?

I still remember the sheer amount of cope on Beast's Lair when the initial ending dropped.
but it's okay because this postgame will totally have it so you at least remember saving the world

Not the ones I interact with. They just give you the "Well be grateful you got anything at all!" act. The game has horrid writing 90% of the time. No- 97%. The gameplay is outdated to shit. Luckily the Japanese are getting addicted to chink slop so the game can finally die

For me, it's "Tsukihime Remake would've never been made without FGO" when the thing was announced in 2008.
and red garden, the entire rest of the actual game, still isn't out
And will never be out. Because Nasu has to detangle the sex from it all while adding useless fucking lore and a Saachin route that was cut for a reason back in the original. It's like trying to do a Fate Remake that includes the Rider, Shinji, and Medea routes

IIRC he's not rule 63'ing he's turning into the woman who drowned in the pool but Rumiko Takahashi can only draw one attractive female face so it doesn't come across like that. I dunno why a ginger drowned in China though
I think it's one of those things where everyone probably just has dark hair (slash didn't think about it) in the manga pages, but at some point the author was asked to do a cover page/promo art and with something eye-catching, and it ended up semi-canonical in the coloured versions. Many such cases.

Early on female Ranma is drawn just as dark-haired as the male one and she even has black hair on the early volume art:

Nigga nobody watches Ranma
This ghoul still remembers when his grandma gifted him a vhs with some of the first few episodes, fully uncensored (animatted) titties.
Show is genuinely funny too.

was it ever explained why ranma turns into a ginger when he goes vagina mode?
Iirc the animation team went with the hair from one of the color covers, but it was always supposed to be black. There are some episodes when Ranma has to pretend to still be male for some reason or another and it wouldn't work with different hair colors.

I really want to like Monster. It's an interesting premise, and isn't the typical fantasy/highschool animu setting that I hate. But holy shit the writing is as subtle as a brick to the face. It's clearly a show for adults, you don't need to constantly explain everything that's happening.

Despite that, it's decent-ish

It went on for too long.

I used to watch Kimagure Orange Road as a kid, wish I could go back in time... I like the 2nd opening animation even more, but I can't find it in decent quality on youtube and I don't feel like uploading a huge mp4 here. One of the ending animations is interesting too because it's a sand animation.
