That's probably not something to be proud of, James. And yes, Caitlin reminds you that a Homestuck IRC is where she met her husband (which I brought up in this thread before since she also mentioned it in an older tweet)
LOL Homestuck. God is there anything more Tumblr and more lame than that? I don't think I've heard of Homestuck again since Tumblr died. Maybe I shouldn't throw stones since I met my SO on a cartoon forum, but at least it wasn't fucking Homestuck. LOL.

Great, Nick's going to give us more of the same "intentionally post shitty unfunny tryhard shitposts instead of actually reviewing the show" shit from his EX-ARM reviews and James's Fruit of Evolution reviews for both Legendary Hero and KamiKatsu, isn't he? Besides that I do not trust Lauren with Oshi no Ko one bit, having read some of her past stuff. Farris is replacing Froggy for GWitch, and another Theron show is having his torch passed as AJ is reviewing Tonikawa.

Speaking of Farris? Have him defending the poor movie critics in the whole Mario movie autism.

Has the Isekai Genre Given Up?

You know what, I figured we were due for ANN writers yapping on about how much isekai sucks for the millionth time today.

AniFem's new writer Toni is off to a great start, they found a tweet criticizing their Oshi no Ko review and of course wrote a defensive subtweet about it:

The thread in question (warning: it's longer than what the archive will show). I also note Toni's tweet was liked by Caitlin

Acting like this would get you fired anywhere else. God, do I hate these people.

What a fucking sensitive twitter addict. Is there anything Anifem is good for besides whining about stupid shit few people care about other than millennial white women living in oppression fantasies? Combing through ""problematic"" elements of ongoing shows just to get a few clicks for your dying shitsite. Truly, the criticism from that guy's blogspot post hits so on point.

Since a good portion of ANN Fake News's staff/orbiters are trans, I'd just like to point out you are now allowed to deadname them on Twitter. I'm not suggesting to*ch the poop, but it looks like this horrendous clique's litle social media hugbox will soon become even more triggering for them:

It's fairly obvious AniFem is namesearching. Why else do they see these tweets criticizing them that don't even tag them and get very little engagement minus a few likes from the OP's followers?

Speaking of Brainchild, while digging up more of her dirt, I found out apparently she cited Hope's JesuOtaku reviews as what originally got her into anime in a couple of years-old tweets. To be fair, I can think of worse ways to be introduced to anime, but that sure explains why she's such a mask-off elitist

Five Years On; Anime Feminist Vs Japanese Pop Culture

A center-left critique nailing down many of AniFem's issues. I don't think I disagree with any of his points

Which Recent Anime Announcements Are Most Hype-Worthy?

LMAO, literally all they talk about is animation. Literally nothing said about the stories being adapted or why they should be receiving anime adaptations. "Which Recent Anime Announcements Are Most Hype-Worthy?", should've named it "Which Recent Anime Announcements Will Have The Most Sakuga?"

That first article was really great.. The only problems are that he seems to talk like AF's style and views are specific to them alone, and are not the general MO of most of social media, antis, elite media critics and conditioned normies today. AT first I just read it as being specific, but once he started talking about other moralist movements it started seeming doubtful. His confusion over the intent and purpose of these types of people and opinions within the fandom was also a little confusing. He basically spells out what they are and are doing, even question a few times if they care about anime at all. But never seems to go all the way. Still he hits all the shots he does make here and really rips them apart.

I do LOVE how he so clearly points out the "I'm not saying you shouldn't watch this or that it should be banned but.... why does this exist?!" mentality. It's really the sole intent of this type of media "critique". The whole point is to at least try and shame everyone, and hopefully create a shitstorm (crusade) against it at the same time.

It's also a little annoying that he doesn't seem to realize that this type of ideology and attack is being targeted across the board at all media.. (games, comics, all western media of any kind) and especially niche and nerd media.

Just a reminder that this pic is from one of the sizable handful of hit pieces CNN did against the anime and manga industry over the years.. Going all they way to Japan for these "stories"... Never forget what CNN has since been found to have been full of!

I guess one could gather that Weeabo physiognomy is a very real thing that one should not ignore.

A Richard Nixon Halloween mask would be an improvement over Caitlin's face. This is the person who is telling everyone they can't like sexy waifu anime, some mad fat straight girl who looks like her face was bashed in with a fucking shovel. She legit looks like Killface from Frisky Dingo:

If John Wayne Gacy saw this bitch in an alley, he'd legit turn around and run away. Every time I see what one of these crazy bitches looks like in real life, I get an instant confidence boost about what I look like. Good god.

Get a load of forum poster Blood-:

Just from these pictures alone, it just surprises me now this site has not devolved into ResetEra standards yet. Banning people online for offering constructive criticism is one of the worst examples of “jannies” that I’ve ever seen.
