Fair point. Still it seems to come more from people with this educational background. With the exception of the x, y, or z studies majors, I have never seen such hipster groupthink. This includes other arts and humanities majors where while there is a definite slant to the left, there is at least civility and open mindess in debate for the most part.

They also seem to be the ones that are most likely to complain about student debt as well. Like I agree that education should be more affordable, but they should understand that their degree just doesn't produce a number of skills that can make them competitive in the market, and should've chosen a different major, or went to a more affordable university.

Creative writing is one of the (if not THE) majors that must stay politically correct at almost all costs nowadays. And since "great" minds think alike, every bad part of the modern extreme leftism gravitate towards eachother, leading to groupthink.

Besides, Burch lives in California, which is the most leftist (and SJWish) state of the US. If you live near a stable, don't be surprised if you smell like manure.

I don't know man, and I fucking loved creative writing classes to the point where I'm one credit away from a diploma (I have a STEM bachelor though) and even I don't know how it attracts such broken people.

75% of the stories in the classes were "FUCK YOU, DAD!"

I know, right? I am a Mech. E major and always appreciated lit. and Creative Writing courses, but the people who major in that have such an grandiose view of their intelligence and ruin the experience.

I just don't know how such a fun and carefree major produces such lulzy prudes like Ally, Queer Kids Stuff, and Milo Stewart...

At first I was thinking that affordable or free education was a great idea. But if these are the sorts of people its churning out. Do we really want to see an entire generation raised thinking their Diploma in Creative Writing/Communication/Media Studies/Gender Studies/Racial History makes them Plato, Einstein, and Isaac Asimov rolled into one? I already find some people with Degrees in something tend to now think they are an expert in everything, regardless if it was even part of their vocation or not.

I took one creative writing class in college and it was some of the most fun I had during that time. Wound making friends with a bunch of them even if I disagreed with basically all of them politically.

Most of the stories were "I'm gay but this story isn't about that I just wanted to tell you" and "I have caaaaaancer". None of this extreme intersectionality nonsense.

"Writer" has really become a go-to profession among SJWs like Burch lately. Problem is the best writers are the ones who have had diverse and interesting lives. Nu-male fags like Anthony live and breathe social justice so all their stories are about social justice. Which leads to bland, irritating, and patronizing writing.

I thought the writing for The Pre-Sequal was better mostly because in some ways it made fun of SJWs (at least to me) because there's Mr. Torque screaming that the friend zone is mysoginist and during the quest where you help filthy commies the quest giver says I believe her ex quit Atlas because they didn't have vegan food
