Yes, after the video by EZScape he namedropped in his suicide note. Which in turn happened months after the lawsuit was dropped because Apollo kept completely silent about the money.

Keemstar says they've all been refunded, EZScape unlisted his video once people said refunds had gone through. RWhiteGoose said that the Oceanside donations were all refunded. But you conjured some lie that he spent it on crypto or misappropriated funds. I'm sure you know better than them.

I've been watching DVAU on and off for a while now (I like putting on his runs in the background). At least in my opinion, he's not at fault here, and he handled the situation fairly well. While I'm sure that he's a typical progressive retard, the vast majority of his drama videos have focused on the autism surrounding the speedrunning "community", and not real life politics. Adding to that, he has remained pretty steadfast in his opinions on the drama he talks about, which is more than most c*mmentators can say about themselves. I didn't even know that him and Apollo had been flinging shit at each other until now, but given how far back this was, Apollo including him in his suicide note was probably more of an impulsive thing fueled by years of chronic pain.

He's one of those speed runners that has a wife & kid, and at least mostly keeps himself out of slapfights in spite of doing videos on cheating in the community. He also can manage to make himself look like a relatively respectable member of society when needed, which is a skill few "professional" speed runners seem to possess. Probably the most odd thing I can think of he's done is that he used to do advice streams on Twitch, but even then he wasn't like doing some sort of PUA "playing the game" sort of advice; it was more common sense type of things like "perform basic hygiene" and "don't act like a retard".

He's one of the oldest of the old school runners still active, going back to like 1999 or 2000 or so. Given that much time in the autism vortex that is speed running, he's pretty lacking in any significant drama.
