Phil’s galpal Toren recently had lots of apple product related problems. He had his iPhone that is also on the drug dealer plan of choice, tracfone, for some reason and angrily/drunkenly messages people claiming his phone was hacked. He also claimed to have a virus that messed up all his writing for his website and his WIP trans friendly web browser, and claimed the virus spread to his dozen external hard drives and thumb drives, which he leaves plugged in at all times. Despite being a shut in unemployed pervert who drinks bottom shelf liquor all day while abusing Phil, he always buys apple for his technology needs.

iPhones cost more because they invest into a seamless OS that rarely stutters or freezes and is reliable at all times.

Apps are „mostly“ polished because there‘s only one annually changing infrastructure for the device.
Developers don‘t have to consider 560 manufacturers that put their own exceptional OS on every new smartphone with changes and tweaks with updates that end after just only 2 years (or get updates rolled back constantly. (I am looking at you, Samsung.))

When there is a bug or glitch within the software (I remember the camera blurred when it came in proximity with magnets) it usually gets fixed within a few weeks or even days.

I have an iPhone. Not because I think it's the best phone, there are way better companies making better shit than Apple. I like the interface, the camera looked nice, and it's simple to use. It's really not a big deal.

Their customer service sucks, though. It's the worst.

I got a ton of hand-me-down macs for free. At the very start of this year I got my first PC and I'm blown away with just how well it runs shit. There's only one problem, and thats that I don't know what to do with its power.

Imagine being chained up in a basement for years and years, not allowed to do anything, only for one day someone rescues you, says "YOU'RE FREE!" then runs off. Years of mental conditioning and bitterness have already made it so that even though you can run all the things you wanted, you don't have a desire too, because you already convinced yourself they're not worth your time. Thats switching from a Mac to a PC for you.
