It's already been mentioned a bunch already, but to add my personal request to the mix...

I would like to get an idea of good example vs. bad example in regards to how someone, in the exact same position as DSP, would've assigned their personal vs. business assets. DSP, obviously, being the bad example. What would a competent person have done differently? And what are some common mistakes a competent person might have made? I'd like a clear, unambiguous Venn diagram. (He wouldn't be in this situation in the first place, but...) What would LightSydePhil have done?

Bonus if you can give a personal opinion (using percentage or arm graphs) of how likely is his case's outright dismissal.

I don't want my dislike for Dave and reading all the hyperbole on here to make mountains out of mole hills.

Please and thank you. Godspeed.

Most people are forced to consider that DSP is legally recognized as a sole proprietorship, how does this affect things?

Links:

In this case, how angry should DSP's detractors be? Should they try and pipe bomb the courts? Should they first try and better aim their cocks into their own faces? How should DSP's detractors best react when actual words and literature prove that they are faggots?
First off this is a personal bankruptcy for Phil and he doesn't clearly define what for the "business" and is personal debt. Second we are talking about DSP here and he has a track record for struggling to make payments or even understand how to budget. If he got converted into Chapter 13 he would be truly miserable for years. Please keep this thread focused on questions for Nick, and do some research.

Weird he didnt attempt to contact Tevin as well 🤔. Maybe tevin declined?

Also, no invitation to the former Sons of Kojima? For shame Rackets, for shame!

From LSB's tweet about it, while people think Tevin would be fun, the general consensus is that Tevin won't care or doesn't collab with others. I kinda agree, he seems like the type that doesn't care too much other than restreaming and getting money from it.

LSB and this other person seem more active about Phil's current stuff like the bankruptcy, in this case.

From what I have heard Tevin declined and that is his choice, as for not the former SoK members I guess the well (in Africa) finally dried up.

Is their a set limit on the amount of times a person can file for bankruptcy? also if his case does get thrown out what would the creditors descending on him actually look like would they garnish his wages ect

  • Agree

Technically that's exactly what an asset is. Something that produces a potential future economic value.
If the liquidation of the asset doesn’t impede the ability of the business or individual to continue to earn money, the asset is to be liquidated, as far as I have always understood.

You're already respected as a semi-detractor, purely for the fact that you're neither here nor there.
Besides people pretend involving you in their own political sphere, its obvious you have nothing to do with here nor there. In this way you're somehow a respectful member of society and your virgin opinion matters somehow. At this point I stoop to ask you a neutral question...

Besides all of this drama, DarksydePhil is still a human being.... Subtracting his current legal precedent and all that you already know about him, what might you recommend to such a person? Knowing what you already know and trying to remain a little bit neutral, how would you suggest someone like DarksydePhil moves their life onward? Please answer this without being too biased in terms of how such a person might manage their personal debt, stability and finally how you might suggest they manage their reputation? (I realize its easy to escape this sort of question, but just do it, as Nick, if you were DSP, and you woke up some morning, and you had no other choice in life, tell us what you'd do)
How about he pay his fucking debts and stop spending 5k a month on gacha games?

Or how about you sell your 450k condo and move into your 100k condo?

Stop trolling

It is on my "Show to Nick" list.

Add something to illustrate why people dislike Phil. Why the Schadenfreude is warranted, and his low reputation well-deserved.
We all know this, but not everyone's reading the farms.

In all likelihood, the majority of Nick's audience don't know what a loathsome cunt DSP really is.

Show how he treats the people around him people, including people he supposedly cared about:

Second one might be too long for a livestream, but that's the shortest summary of the hospital incident I'm aware of.

Also, feel free to suggest videos/topics you really want us to show/tell Nick about as we DPS-Pill that poor man.

I personally wish Nick to comment on a few clips where DSP explains Law and the infamous Wolverine Figure Story.
Try and mention:
Phil's big mouth persona that belies his actual persona of an utter pussy (the incident with Jaha and the guy outside yelling "STFU" that one time)
The bacon grease
The whole story of the CT condo (which includes his retarded attempt to woo his already taken female coworker)
The SoK autists

Definitely mention:
The Brongeest escort saga
Leanna's hospital incident

@LyteSydeByll I think it would be interesting to show some videos of him actually mentioning using funds/credit cards for big expenses (e.g. the move to Washington, furniture etc.) and him talking about his streaming activities not being a business. I think Nick will laugh his ass off.
Don't forget the gem of him saying (in regard to tipping the movers) "Look I cant tip you right now but I have a little gig on youtube and I could give you a shout out.":story:

Edit: Found it

Both Me and Nick attempted to Contact Tevin. I managed to get answer from him while Nicks "Bro, Hit me with a DM" Method on Twitter didn't bear fruit.

I spent 5 dollars in total to ask Tevin if he was interested, When he saw my superchat he got offended by my question in manner similar to someone we're familiar with. and declined the offer.

He got offended? What a weird reaction to "hey wanna chat with a lawyer about DSPs bankruptcy? Ya kno, the stuff you stream everyday about and follow 24/7 and make money off of?".

I wonder why 🤔

I think the only way Freddy boy comes back is the eventual Divorce Saga or something completely crazy happens, but Fred could be dead for all we know.

Tevin has said quite a few times he won't go on other peoples streams, mainly to just avoid drama which I can respect.

This detractor talk does make me wonder and I'm not sure if this has been asked or if Nick already touched upon it but can DSP in theory sue any of his detractors for "stolen kantent" or anything else like that?

He could, but that wouldn't go far.
The bar for "fair use" is relatively low, as the Sargon/Akilah lolsuit has demonstrated. Criticism or ridicule are protected.

To be frank I think there seems to be this assumption everyone should know that "Tevin is a lone wolf and does not do other people's streams" and he did not like "Rekieta Fanboys Harassing" or something like that. His chat called Nick "Entitled" and such. Nick wanted to see if Tevin wanted in and as his agent on the matter, I tried to confirm this instead of going "Yeah sorry boss the Twitter says Tevin does not want to" and I don't personally follow Tevin close enough to know if it was that obvious.

This is something I hope to have Nick address via the reaction to videos / tweets / forum posts by Phil where he explains the law. Hell, DSP & Law is one of my favorite topics.
