wait this chinkslop by The Finals people is doing well?

lmao bro chinks are just going to take over everything, it's so over

listen i enjoyed the finals but i will never have free time to play a video game again. i'm just sitting here watching tencent rape everybody to death and quite frankly they earned it.
Tencent Rape is better than West Coast Fag Rape.

We are in that part of the dystopia where you just hedge your suffering.

I looked into ARC Riders and there is similarities with Generation Zero from 2019. Both games have an apocalypse world setting and robots etc. When ARC Riders bring the PVE, as there is talk about, it will even be more close to it. Embark studios is for sure taking some inspirations.

The trailer even gives off the same vibes and aesthetic with the music.

Okay, white weapon tier list.

F-tier Rattler, its bad, really bad, upgrading it barely increases the TTK
D-tier Hairpin, also bad, it gets a slight bump over the Rattler because it can shoot things that are annoying silenced, but this is very marginal, you aren't going to really kill players with it and if you are shooting ARC with it, you might be Ethan Ralph tier retarded.

No C-tier
B-tier, Kettle, very good TTK against players but the reload times mean you need to pair it with something
A-tier, Stitcher and Ferro, Stitcher has amazing TTK and overall performance against players, and Ferro is the only real long range white option and the best ARC weapon of the bunch, the only other one that can even really fight ARC is the Rattler, and its so fucking bad it doesn't matter.

People are so friendly in solos. When as a group with my friends it's always KOS, its very rare to find people willing to cooperate or even just not fight. Only recent time we've been friendly with another group is when we saved them from a rocketeer then extracted together.

Maybe to do with the fact that people who are solo are scared to fight others and so tend to try to be cooperative.

And that being in a group kinda reminds players of being in a battle royale so they treat it as such.

It's very interesting social phenomena of a high trust community forming in a videogame.

I think both games take inspiration from the art of Simon Stalenhag and I think it's pretty obvious when you look at the stuff he's been putting out for 10+ years. Amazon tried to make a show called The Electric State that was directly based on his work, but it was unfortunately a huge flop. His work depicts a world (mostly sweden) that has been overtaken by robotic aliens with an early 80s late 70s aesthetic.

I have a print of this one 8)

Arc raiders is developed by a Swedish studio and is published by a Korean company. Tencent and the Chinese have nothing to do with it.
That said, the practical difference between Nexon and Tencent is that one is called Nexon and the other is called Tencent. Otherwise, not a lotta daylight.

Well, I think I finished every quest released so far. All that's left is to finish the expedition and the tier 3 crafting benches.

Ferro shot into Stitcher spray melts people even with heavy shields. Shotguns are scary up close but any other higher tier weapon feels like an even fight. The common weapons are so cheap to craft and upgrade too, no reason to not always have them at level 3.

Playing both solo and groups my experience has been solo players are more skittish and just trying to steer clear of each other. There's more KOS in groups but when people are friendly they'll join up, share info, actually be friendly rather than just not try to kill you. I've even seen most or maybe the whole lobby group together to take on a leaper while in group queue. (and it still survived for around 30 seconds and knocked 3 people under a barrage of Ferro, Anvil, and various medium caliber guns from around a dozen people)

Been pretty curious about this one. Worth picking up when you primarily play solo?
very fun solo, very fun with players, its the best extraction shooter by a country mile, nice verticality to the levels and the little hotspots are pretty indepth and all of it looks great, good gunplay good enemys, good gadgets for fighting enemies and players...

its not as hardcore, or as complex as Tarkov, but its a third person shooter, runs better, looks better, and hasn't been infested with cheating faggots yet.

This game is great. I'm a bit worried about progression, seeing how you can grind through most of it very quickly, but I'm in the honeymoon phase still and really enjoying everything so far. I can't believe they even made the animation for surfing on an ARC drone, this game captures the ideal balance between believable and goofy.

you can even use the Grappling hook on them, and really any object, I can see why that thing is a fucking legendary drop, I can't believe such a game has it.. means high end PVP will involve alot of forward thinking to play around fucking Spider-man.
