Yeah. But I imagine that the term probably gets conflated and really badly misunderstood.

There's a significant difference between someone who can't feel romantic attachment and is fine, someone who can't feel romantic attachment and that causes them mental anguish, and someone who can feel romantic attraction however is not actively persuing a relationship or does not want a relationship.

There's almost definitely a lot of people who claim to be aromantic but it's more just that they're not looking for a relationship.
