Frankly, the culture needs to come to a head and reach a point of mutual respect or it's going to segment further into tribalism.

That can't happen. When you get past the anecdotes and the accusations of divorce rape/literal rape it all boils down to being mad about behaviors or characteristics associated with the opposite sex that no good person approves of anyways.

For example, no morally upstanding person likes it when a man is violent to his women and no morally upstanding person likes it when a woman is duplicitous to her man, but these things happen and always have. They're not on the same scale (actual rape is worse than divorce rape) but you can absolutely decry both behaviors, which is what most people do.

Rather than indiscriminately condemn these things when they come up like a good chunk of normal non-media obsessed society does, most gender war types take a unilateral approach based on which side better suits their preexisting social biases, which often lines up with whatever sex they're born as. These people won't stop having an axe to grind so long as the grindstone of human history keeps spinning.

If women want a place to vent about the actual horrific crimes men commit against women and children every single day then we should be entitled to do so without men whining about it CONSTANTLY. The things men criticize about women and the things women criticize about men are in two different worlds completely and trying to pretend they are "equally bad" when the men on here are mostly mad about "women are whores" and women are mad about men systematically oppressing women all over the world and committing actual fucking atrocities is absolutely fucking lunacy.
